When you contact us

The inquiry form asks for your name, work email, organization, inquiry type and message. It also sends the site name and selected language. We use these details to understand your request and respond to you. Do not submit confidential information.

Formspree delivers inquiries to us. Its service may also process technical information, such as an IP address, for delivery and spam prevention. Read more about Formspree’s security and GDPR compliance.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

How long we keep inquiries

For inquiries that do not become projects, our policy is to delete the correspondence within six months of the last contact. This applies to Formspree records and the receiving mailbox.

If an inquiry becomes a project, separate contractual and legal retention requirements may apply. We will explain those requirements as part of the engagement. Information needed for a legal obligation or dispute may need to be retained longer.

Website hosting

The site uses Amazon Web Services S3 and CloudFront. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing connection information, including IP addresses. Our website configuration does not enable optional CloudFront access logs or S3 server access logs, so we do not retain those logs. This does not mean that AWS processes no technical information when providing its services. See the AWS Privacy Notice for information about AWS’s handling of personal data.

Our statements about sovereign model operations do not mean that website hosting, inquiry delivery or optional analytics are confined to Serbia.

Cookies and optional analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are optional analytics tools. They use cookies, and neither loads until you allow it through the privacy panel:

• Google Analytics: site visits and page-use statistics.
• Microsoft Clarity: interactions such as clicks and scrolling, heatmaps and session recordings. The inquiry form is marked for masking.

The panel offers Accept All, Reject All and Settings. Accept All allows both tools. Reject All keeps both off. Settings lets you choose each tool separately and save your choices. You can continue reading the site or send an inquiry without accepting either tool. Advertising consent stays denied.

When you make a choice, the site stores it in your browser for up to 180 days. This preference contains your choices and their date, not your inquiry. You can reopen the panel through Privacy Settings in the footer to change or withdraw permission. Changing an active choice reloads the page, so save any inquiry text first. Withdrawal stops the tools under your new choice but does not undo processing that already occurred.

Your rights

Depending on the law and circumstances, you can request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where we rely on it. We may need to verify your identity to respond to a request.
